Refund policy
We want you and your family to love your AuraNova™ experience. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must include all accessories that arrived in the box, including the instruction manuals and remote controller devices.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact us first at support@auranovaspace.com.
CRITICAL NOTE: Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on your shipping label. We will provide you with a specific, dedicated return shipping address and instructions via email once your return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for non-defective items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
